Products Developed

Ticketing Machine

Built around Renesas R8C & Microchip PIC24F microcontrollers. Controls thermal printer, graphics LCD, lithium-ion battery charging, and SD card. Currently in mass production for buses, pay-and-park systems.

GPS Data Logger

Built using Renesas RL78 micro for tracking commercial vehicles. Logs speed, location (longitude/latitude), wait time, and other vehicle parameters for transport analytics.

Transistor Controlled Ignition (TCI)

Automotive ignition firmware for a China customer, built on 8-bit & 16-bit microcontroller platforms. Intelligently varies ignition/dwell timings based on RPM, temperature, and battery health.

Immobilizer & Answerback

Developed for Mahindra Two Wheelers ‘Centuro’ model. Based on 16-bit MCU with NXP & Micrel peripherals. Successfully transferred to production.
